Alexandra Afari, Founder & CEO
With more than 18 years of leadership experience across federal health and energy programs, Alexandra brings a proven record in program management, stakeholder engagement, compliance oversight, and organizational performance improvement. She founded IQ Leverage to expand her expertise through a client-first organization that prioritizes transparency, measurable outcomes, and long-term impact.
